The Story
TAZ Computer started 25 years ago as a hobby — building and maintaining systems out of a genuine love for technology. It grew out of early web work, including developing portions of an e-commerce site selling children's bedding and accessories, and expanded from there into a full-service IT practice.
Over the decades, that hands-on experience has covered everything from administering servers and designing networks to building databases and developing modern websites. It's the kind of depth you only get from actually solving real problems for real clients — not from a classroom.
What I Bring
Extensive experience designing and maintaining wired and wireless networks, primarily with Ubiquiti equipment. From home setups to multi-site business infrastructure.
Worked across the full spectrum — Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. Schema design, query optimization, migrations, and reporting.
Excel and Power BI work for businesses that need to make sense of their data — including ongoing analytics work for a digital marketing company with operations across the US, Canada, and the Philippines.
Building professional websites for businesses of all sizes. Current projects include a restaurant site in Pittsburgh and this site — built with Django and Tailwind CSS.
Where I Work
Serving the Severna Park, MD region for in-person work — home visits, office setups, hardware installs, and on-site troubleshooting.
Available to clients anywhere for remote support, web development, database work, and data analysis. Currently working with clients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and beyond.
